Return and Exchange Policy

2. General Conditions

-       Eligibility Period: Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of receipt.

-       Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.

-       Receipt and Invoice: A copy of the invoice or purchase receipt must be attached to the return or exchange request. 

-       Prior Approval: All return or exchange requests are subject to approval by the inspection team to ensure they meet the conditions.

3. Exchange Procedures

-       Submitting a Request: Please contact our customer service team to submit an exchange request within the specified period.

-       Evaluation: The product to be exchanged will be inspected to ensure it meets the exchange conditions.

-       Shipping:

a)    If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, the company will bear the shipping cost.

b)    If the exchange is based on the customer’s preference and not due to a product error, the customer will bear the shipping costs.

-       Exceptions: The exchange policy does not cover customized products, opened packages, or products damaged due to improper use.

4. Return Procedures

-       Submitting a Request: The customer must contact customer service and fill out a return request form within the specified period.

-       Product Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, our inspection team will ensure that the product is unused, unopened, and in good condition.

-       Refund:

a)    If the return is approved, the paid amount will be refunded using the original payment method within 5 business days.

b)    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error by the company.

c)     Return Rejection: If the product does not meet the return conditions, the request will not be accepted, and the customer will bear the cost of reshipping it.

5. Exceptions to the Return and Exchange Policy

-       Some products cannot be exchanged or returned, including:

-       Products purchased as part of special offers or discounts (unless they have a manufacturing defect).

-       Opened or used products, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
